Underground Hip Hop artist out of Queens, NY Blue Legacy releases his new album titled “Rap Negus”. Negus is East African it means king or royalty in translation. The entire album is produced by Wu Tang affiliated producer Tony Tone from Germany. They created this album as a reflection of the current state of Hip Hop wanting to shine a light on its flaws and issues they felt were degrading the culture, without preaching.
